What's ABA Therapy?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a proven method that improves behavior through fun and engaging techniques. It helps enhance essential skills and boosts the quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. Think of it as a toolkit for success!

Your Adventure Awaits:

• Bring ABA to Life: Implement therapy interventions in clients' homes-where the magic happens!
• Data Detective: Collect and analyze client progress data, crafting reports that your Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will love!
• Team Player: Collaborate with program staff to keep therapy programs running smoothly-together, we're unstoppable!
• Parent Partner: Provide regular updates to parents and guardians, incorporating their insights into therapy to make it even better.
• Adapt & Thrive: Adjust therapy programs as needed-flexibility is your superpower!
• Communicate Like a Pro: Keep the lines open with your BCBA to ensure top-notch support.
• Be Curious: Embrace feedback and show a willingness to learn-after all, every great hero needs to grow!
• Travel Buddy: Manage your way to clients' homes with reliable transportation (we don't provide transport).

We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with ABA therapy or working with kids with special needs is a bonus but not essential-just bring your enthusiasm!
• RBT certification preferred; if you're not certified, a 40-hour ABA course is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the role.
• A willingness to get In-Person First Aid/CPR certified and obtain an AZ fingerprint card.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
