Role: API Developer with Application Development Experience
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Onsite)
Mandatory Skills : API, Application Development

Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled API Developer with strong experience in building and maintaining robust applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of API design, development, and integration, along with hands-on experience in application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality APIs that integrate with various applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement API specifications and standards.
• Ensure API performance, reliability, and security by implementing best practices and performing regular testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues, ensuring optimal user experience.
• Work with application developers to ensure seamless integration of APIs into production systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a continuous improvement environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in API development and application design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an API Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or similar.
• Experience with database management systems and query optimization.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
