Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage front end administrative office.
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise part-time teachers.
• Monitor Center daily activity.
• Review student programs and ensure academic achievement.
• Instruct students.
• Participate in local marketing activities to help grow the business.

Requirements and qualifications include:

• Must have a 4-year degree to qualify.
• Entry level opportunity, 1 - 4 years of management, customer service, sales or education preferred
• Outstanding communication skills a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment that requires high levels of self-motivation!
• Valid state driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Education, hospitality, or medical office experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferredStrong customer service and work ethic required.
• Must be proficient in Excel, Windows, Google Docs, Outlook, and have experience with proprietary technologies, social media, and phone apps.
• Availability between 8:00am-8:00pm Sunday-Monday; 40–45-hour work week on average. Exempt position.
• MUST be flexible regarding scheduling.
• Must be reliable, committed, accurate, outgoing, and enthusiastic.
• Familiar with ACT/SAT testing.
• MUST like kids and have a passion for education.
• Must be able to multitask and be a team playerExtensive training provided.
• Must be able to pass a background checkMust be able to provide 3 professional references.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or University.
