As a full time BMW Product Genius , you'll be promoting our brand's unique technical offerings to clients and colleagues alike. This is not a sales position and no previous automotive experience or knowledge requiredwe'll provide the training! Job Summary: Indirectly boost sales by providing customers with the right amount of product information to give them a good insight of the BMW Products. Promote the unique technical points of BMW products and the associated client benefits. Offer exceptional customer service through informative discussion and presentation. Benefits Excellent work environment Paid training and development Career growth opportunities Medical and dental coverage available Paid vacation 401(k) Responsibilities will include: Informing clients on product specifications of all BMW products and features Conducting the needs analysis together with the client Supporting the Client Advisor during the sales consultation Being the main point of contact for the client to answer questions about products (including usage and function). Keeping abreast of the latest product information to be able to inform colleagues and clients as required. Providing customers with specification information about all BMW products. Ensuring all dealership staff are up to date on the latest product information and that their knowledge is of a high standard. Offering insight into BMW products to clients as part of the sales conversations with Client Advisors. Pro-actively approaching clients in the showroom and discussing product information and facts. Guiding clients to the Client Advisor when interest in product purchase is expressed. Assisting in providing social media content such as photos and videos of our vehicles and their features Requirements: Excellent interpersonal/communication skills Superior client relations skills Self-motivated with an outgoing, energetic personality Ability to work well with others Experience in retail preferred, but not required Driver's License Communicates openly, eloquently and in a friendly way by using different communication methods and puts people at ease. Identifies with and acts for BMW culture, brand, lifestyle, and values.
