Our Body Shop Detailers are responsible for ensuring every vehicle leaving our shop looks better than ever. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Exterior Detailing: Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicles to restore their shine and remove imperfections. Clean engine and engine components.
- Interior Detailing: Vacuum, shampoo, and clean upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces for a fresh, spotless finish. Special-purpose cleaners are utilized to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning procedures do not remove.
- Prep for Repairs: Assist in masking and prepping vehicle for paints and bodywork.
- Touch-ups: Address minor cosmetic flaws like scratches and smudges.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished vehicles to ensure every detail meets our high standards
- Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: General upkeep of the work area and shop is ongoing, and practicing safe driving procedures and shop safety is of the utmost importance.
Job Requirements & Qualifications: - Experience detailing vehicles is a plus, but not necessary for this role
- A keep eye for detail and pride in delivering top-quality work
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and work in a shop environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 18 years of age due to insurance purposes
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
