In this role, you’ll provide exceptional cleaning services across various settings, ensuring carpets and floors are spotless and well-maintained. We’re seeking candidates with a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities:

• Clean carpets using professional equipment and effective techniques to achieve thorough results.
• Perform floor care tasks, such as buffing and maintaining other surfaces to ensure a polished finish.
• Handle residential and commercial cleaning projects while following safety protocols and company standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies for optimal use and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and complete tasks effectively.
• Adhere to environmental guidelines to promote responsible and sustainable cleaning practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience in carpet cleaning or custodial services is a bonus, but not required—we’ll train you!
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for traveling between job sites.
