Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements. Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making. Process Improvement: Assess current business processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and project goals. Solution Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions to meet business needs. Project Support: Support project management activities, including timeline development, resource allocation, and status reporting. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the executive leadership team, lead meetings, and engage with a diverse range of individuals, from leadership to shop leads. This role will report directly to the CEO, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and priorities. Additionally, this role will partner with the leadership team, providing executive assistance on an as-needed basis to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Perform and coordinate administrative tasks to support efficient office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication management. QUALIFITCATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Preferred Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 2- 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The employee is frequently required to stand for an extended period of time; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance. GP&C
