Credit Team Lead

With a long history as a stable employer, we are looking for candidates with strong leadership traits to join our team. As a Credit Team Lead, you will manage and grow a dedicated team of Credit Analysts on a daily basis.

Position Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day activities of approximately 5 to 6 Credit Analysts.

Support team development by monitoring performance, completing informal audits and providing coaching and feedback on a regular basis.

Provide department support by handling escalations, answering calls and analyzing orders stopped for credit review as needed.

Regularly produce ad hoc, financial statements and business analyses.

Oversee specialized functions or groups within the Credit department.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

4+ years experience in Credit or Collections preferred.
