We need an energetic, people-focused professional to be the face of the firm , ensuring our clients feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout their legal journey. What You’ll Do:
• Serve as the primary contact for all clients, keeping them informed and supported.
• Routinely meet with clients to review discovery, answer questions, and discuss case progress.
• Schedule appointments and ensure clients stay up to date on important dates and processes.
• Handle client needs with professionalism, care, and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate client records in our client management system.
• Prepare minor legal documents to assist clients with their cases.
• Help with advertising on social media and community outreach to enhance the firm’s presence.
Who You Are:
• A strong communicator who enjoys helping people and making a difference.
• Organized and detail-oriented , ensuring no client is left uninformed.
• Able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• A team player who works well with attorneys, staff, and clients alike.
• Tech-savvy , with experience in case management systems (or a willingness to learn).
• Comfortable with social media and community engagement to promote the firm.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 , based on experience, education, and training .
• Comprehensive insurance and benefits package .
• Additional skills that increase base salary include counseling training, video editing skills, and an in-depth understanding of social media and advertising .
• This position also includes a bonus component that can easily add 10% to 15% to annual earnings .
