ABSC is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist (Level III) to work hybrid on-site in either Washington, D.C. or Reston and remote.

Duties:

• Assists with the development and implementation of cyber information assurance (IA), and security standards and procedures.
• Coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs for an organization. Performs analysis, design, and development of security features.
• Analyzes general information assurance-related technical problems and provides basic engineering and technical support in solving these problems.
• Performs vulnerability/risk analyses of systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle.
• Assists in the coordination and escalation of security incidents based on the tiered Incident Response approach.
• Has experience with threat analysis, hunting, and experience with multiple SIEMs and analyst detection workflow in the cloud.
• Performs entry-level or development level assignments. Builds & deploys cloud security infrastructure and automates security operations for customers.

Requirements:

• An Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain CI Poly is required.
• A minimum of 9 years of cyber security experience is required.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) OR Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) OR GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC) OR Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) Certification.
• Prior experience supporting DIA, NGA or NRO is desired.
