Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting to: Director of Marketing & Supplier Relations

Full-Time | Hybrid

MAST Travel Network, an Oakbrook Terrace based travel agency consortium, sales and marketing company seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our consumer email marketing efforts, on behalf of our member agencies. This role will focus on developing and executing digital marketing strategies that engage clients, drive brand awareness for our members, and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

Manage B2C Email Marketing Program

• Using HTML to build emails in Dreamweaver 
• Acquiring materials from suppliers / work with suppliers to secure content based on marketing calendar (Roughly 7-8 monthly) 
• Scheduling promotional content on time 
• Posting materials to the website 
• Submit Supplier Billing to Accounting
• Provide data reports to members
• Work with potential Virtual Assistants or Contractors on building emails

Manage B2C Consumer eNewsletter Program

• Working with suppliers to include paid promotions 
• Writing relevant blog content for the e-newsletter 
• Sourcing material 
• Reporting, putting together, and interpreting newsletter analytics to members 
• Call for additions and edits to advisor lists the 1st of every alternating month, make changes as needed 
• Managing member data extensions in Salesforce 
• Introducing social media integration, dynamic and interactive content to the newsletters 
• Provide data reports to members

Manage Email Journey Program 

• Implementing email journey program/service for members 
• Automatic customized email greetings, messages, and reminders 
• Creating automated paths based on client interaction with the advisor emails 
• Managing and updating client variable data for each agency 
• Provide data reports to members

Manage B2B Member Newsletter (3x/week)

• Using HTML to build emails in Dreamweaver 
• Manage the Member News Sponsorship marketing activities. Including scheduling, call for materials and execution in email communications

MAST Staff Misc. and Expectations

• Help MAST implement various initiatives in the Virtual/AI, and digital marketing world
• Assist with MAST events, preparation, and on-site execution
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company
• Willing and able to, on occasion, travel out of town and work long days and weekends, performing physical tasks as needed at company and industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ year of marketing experience
• Content creation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Travel Industry Experience a Plus
