Job Title: Dispatcher
Location: North York, ON
Pay Rate: $24 per hour

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dispatcher with 1-2 years of experience to join the team. This role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be responsible for dispatching, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth operations within the waste industry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily routes and schedules
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and manage service requests
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for reporting and documentation
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies and industry standards
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of dispatch experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proven multitasking and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of the waste industry is an asset
