Entry Level Events Associate (Weekly Pay)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Role Type: Onsite, Full Time

Pay: $885 - $1000 Paid Weekly | Negotiable on Experience

Your Role:

Create Unforgettable Experiences:

  • Set up and manage retail kiosks and pop-up events across Phoenix.
  • Design eye-catching displays that draw in crowds and showcase our brands in the best light.
  • Bring our products to life through engaging demonstrations and interactive experiences.

Connect with Attendees:

  • Be the face of our brands, greeting attendees with a smile and making them feel welcome.
  • Strike up conversations, build rapport, and listen attentively to their needs.
  • Use your charm and charisma to persuade them to try out our products and make a purchase.

Drive Engagement and Success :

  • Use your skills to enhance event engagement and meet or exceed participation targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features and benefits to effectively communicate with attendees.
  • Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-promotion.

Provide Exceptional Service:

  • Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any issues that arise with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure a seamless event experience from start to finish, leaving attendees delighted with their participation.

Collect and Analyze Feedback:

  • Gather feedback from attendees and share insights with the team to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Keep track of event data and attendee interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

What You'll Bring as an Events Associate:

  • A passion for events and customer service, with a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to think on your feet, adapt to changing situations, and problem-solve on the fly.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure attendee satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in events, sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required – we'll provide all the training you need!
