We are currently looking for passionate, dedicated, and motivated individuals to join our team in various roles, including Pop-Up Shop Workers, Convention Brand Ambassadors, Event Staff, and Entry-Level Country Western Hat Designers. Multiple Positions Available:

1. Pop-Up Shop Workers

• Location: Various locations
• Job Type: Part-time, Event-based
• Responsibilities:
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the pop-up shop displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting products.
• Manage sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked.
• Assist with inventory management during events.
• Engage with customers and promote brand awareness.
• Qualifications:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about country western culture.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

1. Convention Brand Ambassadors

• Location: Nationwide (Convention-based)
• Job Type: Part-time, Event-based
• Responsibilities:
• Represent the brand at conventions, trade shows, and expos.
• Engage with event attendees, promote products, and provide brand information.
• Distribute promotional materials and samples.
• Build relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Monitor booth activities and assist in event logistics.
• Qualifications:
• Outgoing and personable with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service a plus.
• Passionate about country western fashion and lifestyle.
• Comfortable with public speaking and interacting with large groups.

1. Event Staff

• Location: Various locations (events, festivals, pop-ups)
• Job Type: Part-time, Event-based
• Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating event operations and ensuring smooth execution.
• Provide customer service and support during events.
• Set up and break down event spaces and merchandise.
• Manage crowd control and ensure safety and security during events.
• Handle promotional activities and product demonstrations.
• Qualifications:
• Previous event or hospitality experience not required but a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

1. Entry-Level Country Western Hat Designers

• Location: In-house (design studio or workshop)
• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing and creating custom country western hats.
• Learn and practice craftsmanship techniques including shaping, decorating, and finishing hats.
• Work closely with senior designers to develop new hat styles and collections.
• Help manage materials and assist with inventory.
• Ensure products meet brand standards and quality control.
• Qualifications:
• No experience required – will train motivated individuals.
• Artistic flair and an interest in fashion and design.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work with tools and materials in a workshop environment.
• A passion for country western culture and aesthetics is a plus.
