Family Law Attorney (5-8+ years experience) - New Mexico

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney. As a licensed practitioner with 5-8+ years of solid experience in Family Law, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in various family-related legal matters. Your expertise in divorce, child custody, adoption, and other family law issues will be essential in providing top-notch legal services to clients.

Responsibilities :

* Represent clients in Family Law cases, including divorce, child custody, support, and adoption matters.
* Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases.
* Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
* Attend hearings, trials, and mediation proceedings as needed.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active and in-good-standing New Mexico State Bar license.
* 5-8+ years of experience practicing Family Law.
* Proven track record of successful case outcomes and client satisfaction.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
