We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Family Law Attorney to join our team. As a Family Law Attorney , you will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and other family law issues. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Law Attorney who is dedicated to helping families navigate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal maintenance.
* Provide legal advice on various family law issues, ensuring clients understand their rights and options.
* Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
* Advocate for clients in court hearings and trials.
* Maintain a high level of communication with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Licensed to practice law in the state.
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing family law.
* In-depth knowledge of family law statutes and case law.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
