Job Description
Responsibilities: - Supports all company efforts in talent acquisition including creating and posting open positions, screening candidates, setting up in-person and remote interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking system through the HRIS platform.
- Supports and manages the career fairs/recruiting events, including registration, staffing and preparing staff attendees, and ensuring that all materials (flyers, give aways, table cloths, etc.) are provided.
- Prepares and sets up exploratory interviews for department as well as meeting with hiring manager.
- Support the Internship Program by gathering resumes from career fairs and setting up interviews. Find out each department's needs. Work with senior staff to place interns and prepare offer letters. Collaborates with Special Projects Coordinator to plan the summer.
- Facilitates job shadows, either half day or full day.
- Facilitates the onboarding process through the collection and processing of new hire forms and paperwork through HRIS, among other related tasks.
- Applies policies and procedures to specific situations with some guidance from the HR Director.
- Assists with company training activities.
- Supports other Human Resource initiatives, as needed.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
