Human Resources Coordinator We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This in-office position supports various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. About the job: In-office 5 days a week with flexibility for 2 remote days a month Compensation Range of $65K - $70K per year Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities: Manage job postings, resume reviews, and interview scheduling Handle job descriptions, offer letters, background checks, and internships Maintain employee records and update policies Onboard new employees in the HR system Administer benefits plans and ensure compliance Coordinate with payroll providers for accuracy and compliance Prepare reports, correspondence, and HR documents Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries Support salary analysis, year-end reporting, and audits Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ADP experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr ProPivotal
