My name is Shannon, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Instructional Designer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in ­­ St. Paul, MN. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Duration: 3 months to start, can extend!

Location: Mostly Remote but local to St. Paul, MN

Pay: $33-36/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop virtual instructor-led (VILT) and instructor-led training (ILT) content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate and relevant information.
• Create clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including facilitator guides, participant guides, classroom activities, and presentations.
• Apply instructional design principles and methodologies to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure training outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with training standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Content Development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or content writing.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as iSpring, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience conducting needs assessments and designing performance improvement interventions.
• Familiarity with benchmarking and training evaluation methodologies.
• Ability to adapt new training approaches to meet organizational and regulatory challenges.
