Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. If you excel at building relationships, thrive in a collaborative environment, value integrity, and appreciate a flexible schedule, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing Duties:
    • Schedule and conduct property tours
    • Communicate rental terms and conditions effectively
    • Prepare properties for move-in
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional service to prospective tenants and new leads
    • Maintain clear communication with property owners, tenants, and team members
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Process rental applications and coordinate lease signings
    • Conduct pre-move-in inspections
    • Answer phone inquiries and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

  • Customer Focus & Sales:
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Minimum of 2 years in sales or customer service
    • Proven ability to close deals
  • Detail-Oriented:
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
    • Maintain accurate records
  • Administrative Skills:
    • Experience handling phones and office computer systems
    • Ability to process information efficiently

Additional Requirements:

  • Maintain confidentiality and problem-solving skills
  • Obtain a residential renter agent license within 2 months of employment
  • Valid driver’s license and a smartphone
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook
  • Familiarity with property management software
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily an open office setting with fieldwork conducting property showings
  • Standard hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
