Job Description
Allstate Insurance Company is a Fortune 100 Company that has one of the largest in-house legal departments in the nation. Allstate is posting for summer intern positions in its Law and Regulation Department.Allstates summer intern program is ten weeks and fully remote, with the potential for occasional in-person attendance. It offers summer interns the opportunity to work with multiple divisions within the department, including Global Litigation, Employment Law, Business Law and Compliance, Corporate Law, and Government and Industry Relations. A summer interns responsibilities include legal research, preparation of legal memoranda, and oral presentations under the supervision of a licensed Allstate attorney.
The salary is competitive, and the position begins in early June 2025. Ideal candidates should have outstanding research and writing skills, along with effective oral communication skills. Allstate is looking for first year law students who demonstrate change agility, embrace cross-functional collaboration, and are open to the use of data analytics. A resume and law school transcript are required.
