Job Description
1. Has good understanding of BIW Fixture design
2. Experience in:
a. Jig design based on the specification document
b. 2D detailing
c. Part list creation
d. Pneumatic drawings for the equipment functions
e. 3D modeling using CatiaV5 and 3DExperience
f. Kinematics definition
3. Provide engineering support for introducing new car models on a running line and Production Ramp-up for an existing line
4. Offshore coordination, scheduling & good communication
5 .Interact with Clients and stakeholders located at different locations across North America & Canada to get required inputs and understandthe requirement
6. Open to Travel
7. SOFTWARE: CATIA-V5 (MUST), 3DEx, MS OFFICE (MUST)
