CV Resources is hiring a Client Relationship Manager for a medical concierge service . This temporary role is ideal for individuals with customer service and patient coordination experience who enjoy helping others and providing high-touch client support.
Answer inbound calls from potential clients, providing information about services and membership options.
Qualify new clients by gathering key details and determining fit for services.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless client experience.
Schedule consultations and coordinate next steps with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records and update client information in the CRM system.
2+ years of experience in customer service, patient coordination, or sales (preferably in healthcare or a high-touch service industry).
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools .
Professional, empathetic, and service-oriented approach.
