PulmoCrit Associates is a large and rapidly growing pulmonary practice dedicated to delivering top-tier patient care. We are committed to innovation, efficiency, and exceptional service. As we expand, we seek a dynamic Director of Operations to help optimize our operations and elevate our practice to new heights.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Operations with a business background and prior healthcare exposure . This role will be integral in improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, enhancing patient satisfaction, and driving marketing and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Compliance: Work closely with our current Office Manager to supervise staff, ensure adherence to policies, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize workflow, patient experience, and staff productivity.
  • Patient Satisfaction & Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience at all levels.
  • Project Management: Oversee ongoing projects and contribute to the successful execution of planned future initiatives.
  • Marketing & Online Presence: Manage and improve marketing efforts, including social media, traditional advertising, and online reputation management.
  • Networking & Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with other practices, fostering collaborative growth.
  • Insurance Contracting: Work on negotiations and contracting with insurance companies to improve payer mix and reimbursement rates.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Prior exposure to healthcare operations, medical practice management, or a similar environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, marketing, and communication abilities. Experience in process optimization and staff supervision is a plus.
