Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud Consultant

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Staff resource must have a minimum of seven (7) years of verifiable experience in database design and warehouse architecture supportive of key duties/responsibilities

2. At least one staff resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience specific to architecting, configuring, maintaining, and supporting a data warehouse on Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse platform.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Certified for "Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud 2021 Certified Specialist" and/or "Oracle Machine Learning using Autonomous Database 2021 Certified Specialist"

2. Certified on "Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2021 Certified Architect Professional"

3. Certified for "Oracle Data Integrator 12c Certified Implementation Specialist"

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs data warehouse administration for the Enterprise Data Warehouse in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse Environment

2. Reviews existing architecture and provides solution recommendations where applicable

3. Develops, tests, and implements scripts/jobs for data Extract Transform and Load (ETL) from data source(s) to target(s) in the data warehouse using ODI

4. Visualizes and designs the enterprise data management framework: specifies processes used to plan, acquire, maintain, use, archive, retrieve, control, and purge data

5. Develops physical data model and/or works with data modeler to develop physical data model

6. Develops Testing Approach, Plan, Scripts and Documentation of Results

7. Develops and maintains a data catalog for the enterprise data warehouse

8. Develops and maintains a data dictionary for the enterprise data warehouse

9. Develops Requirements Specifications

10. Develops Design Specifications

11. Evaluates and monitors databases to resolve performance issues

12. Monitors the EDW and responds to incidents

13. Provides documentation to support the Kimball Dimensional Data Modeling Framework

14. Mentors and educates team members on best practices and industry standards SysMind Tech
