Requirements Graduate of an accredited professional degree program (i.e., RN, MD, PhD, NP, OT, PT, SLP, etc.) with a current Michigan license in good standing and/or Bachelor degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or Human Performance required. Masters or other equivalent advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organization and Talent Development, Talent Management, HR Business Partner or related discipline preferably in the healthcare industry. 5+ years of experience creating and leading programs and initiatives, with progressively increasing responsibilities. Vendor and contract management experience. Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in leading a team preferred. Knowledge of adult learning principles and the teaching/learning process acquired through continuing education activities and/or formal academic classes. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. HealthSource Saginaw
