We aim to rock the world with our stellar program, training our crew to be the ultimate coaching champs in town!
We're hiring hiring immediately Monday-Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm, part-time 6-12 hours per week. No evening or weekends. Come join our fun-loving family today!
We make Fitness Fun for our preschools! Duties A Stretch-n-Grow "Coach" swoops into Daycares and Preschools to sprinkle fitness magic on the little ones. We provide the gear, lesson plans, and energy, while you bring the

A day in the life of a Stretch-n-Grow Coach: - Deliver energetic fitness and dance classes for kids aged 2-12.
- Shake it up with different games, music, and activities to keep the party going strong.
- Spread good vibes and cheer, helping kids grow their skills and confidence.
- Be the superhero of safety, making sure everyone has a blast without a bump.
- Keep the energy high and smiles wide , making every class a hit as an instructor.
- Chat it up with parents, caretakers, and the crew when needed.
- Dive into the setup and cleanup routine like a pro.
- Stay in the loop on all the latest fitness and dance moves and safety tricks.
Requirements We are looking for energetic, vibrant people who?. - Want to hit the jackpot with flexibility in this part-time work.

Here's the checklist for rocking this gig: - Must have a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.
- Own your own sweet ride with a valid driver?s license and insurance.
- Ready to zip around to various pre-schools in the area.
- Learn CPR and First Aid like a pro.
- Pass VA background requirements with flying colors.
- Become a certified Youth Fitness Specialist.
- Keep on learning with our continuing education opportunities.
