Our client, a precision injection molding manufacturer with over 70 years of molding experience, is on the hunt for a Plant Manager lead the production, technical support and safety of a 24/5 operation. This organization places a high priority on exceeding customers expectations. They are committed to exciting growth plans and provide long-term stability.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide support for the production team, technical support, and warehousing team
• Work with the President on defining the budget and managing costs of all functions of the operations
• Establish key metrics that support company goals and to maintain accountability for positive results.
• Work with all units of the company to establish plants and provides targeted sales growth.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all areas of the operation.
• Lead technical problem-solving efforts to maximize quality.
• Build a team and system that enables future growth and added complexity.
• Maximize the utilization of available resources, human and machine!
• Continue to build strong equity with team members

Qualifications :

• Successful experience as a Production Manager or Plant Manager in a Plastic Injection Molding environment
• College degree is preferred, not required.
• A humble and intelligent leader who focuses on bringing teams together and providing a positive mindset
