Our client, a leader in the life sciences industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting critical new product introduction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Madison, WI

What's the Job?

• Oversee critical new product introduction projects (NPIs) and own project program and steering committee meetings.
• Leverage project management best practices to lead projects successfully through the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing Phases.
• Develop, oversee, and maintain project plans to drive the completion of key deliverables and meet high-level milestones.
• Coordinate meetings between applicable departments to facilitate collaboration on project decisions and execution of project deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in a technically relevant discipline or commensurate work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant management or project management experience with a proven track record of successfully driving projects to completion.
• Experience in the life science tools and therapeutics space is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem-solving and resolution skills.
• Previous experience in directly utilizing project management software (i.e., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
