• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Worksite Location: Remote

What you’ll do as a Recruiter:

• Execute the recruitment process using a blend of automated and traditional methods
• Participate in alignment meetings to define roles, set expectations, and develop recruitment strategies
• Source candidates as needed
• Ensure an unbiased, inclusive, and effective hiring process
• Lead debriefs and the selection process
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure candidate information is organized and accessible
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to achieve recruitment goals
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and updates
• Provide regular recruitment progress reports to hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition leader, and peers
• Proactively identify potential barriers to the recruitment process and collaborate with hiring managers to develop solutions

What you’ll bring to the Recruiter role:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of recruitment experience or general Human Resources experience.
• Proficiency in or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems (e.g., Workday)
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative team player with openness to coaching
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment
