Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team at Venters Recruits. As a Recruiter, you will have the autonomy to manage your own client accounts, build meaningful relationships, and drive your success with the potential to earn commission. At Venters Recruits, we are a team of specialized headhunters that recruit in the industrial and construction industry, with an emphasis on Sales and Operation roles in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and your network to source top-tier candidates for clients across a variety of industries.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job order intake to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate offers, manage expectations, and close placements with confidence, ensuring the best fit for both the candidate and client.
  • Sales and Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, develop leads, and expand your client portfolio.
  • Autonomy and Target Setting: Enjoy independence in managing your workload, setting targets, and developing strategies to hit sales goals.
  • Commission-Based Earnings: Drive your success and earnings through a commission structure based on your performance, rewarding your efforts with potential for unlimited income.
