Due to continued growth, we are accepting applications for Regional Truck Driver CDL A - Home Every Weekend in the Sheboygan Falls, WI location.
Compensation
- The annual salary range is $95,000 to $100,000 per year, which includes:
- $0.50-$0.51/per mile based on years of service
- Hourly PTO pay based on tenure, $35-$50/hour
- Accessorial pay: Per diem, stop pay, etc.
- Speed/safety bonus per mile
- Monthly profit-sharing bonus
- Average 2300 miles/week
- Typical work week is 50-55 hours per week

Work Schedule - Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday; 5 day work week; home every weekend
- Start times vary, typically between 5am-1pm
- Uniforms provided at no cost
- Dock deliveries, drop & hook, some backhauls and live-unload deliveries
- Option to unload for additional income or hire lumping service
- Park truck at the Sheboygan Falls, WI domicile
- Must be flexible with work schedule Responsibilities
- Backing in and out of docks
- Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CDL A tractor-trailer experience and/or 100,000 miles OTR/Regional preferred
- Minimum 1 year of OTR and reefer experience highly preferred
- Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement.
- Reefer experience preferred but not required
- Experience delivering to foodservice warehouses preferred but not required
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
- Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
