Compensation:
- 6% commission for up to $500,000 in annual sales
- 8% commission for $500,000 - $1.2 million
- 10% commission for $1.2 million and above
Commission draws are available for first 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales (roofing industry experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
