is looking for a

Scanning Clerk

who will scan physical contracts and convert them to digital format, and verify clarity and accuracy of scanned files.

Location : Rosemead, CA 91770 - Onsite Position : Scanning Clerk Pay Rate : $31.44/hr. Duration : 12 months or longer Shift:

1st shift, M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:

Scan physical contracts and convert them to digital format. Verify clarity and accuracy of scanned files. Upload contracts to the EDMRM system, following naming conventions. Ensure data security and handle sensitive documents with discretion. Troubleshoot scanning and uploading issues. Required Skills/Attributes:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and communication skills. Broad knowledge in appropriate field, usually obtained through extensive training and work experience. Typically possesses two or more years of experience in the field performing analysis or five or more years of experience performing related functions requiring specialized training and education.
