Seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to work for a prestigious firm in NYC. This candidate will be supporting the managing directors. This is a temp to perm position.
Job Responsibilities:
-Heavy calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination and expense reports.
-Organize different confidential files.
-Prepare client documents.
-Review reports and forms in firm's portal.
-Assist with different projects as needed.
-Prepare letters for the firm.
-Create Business Development reports.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree
-5 + years administrative experience in law firm, tax firm, or professional services
-Microsoft Office proficient
-C-suite level support 5+ years
-Excellent communication and writing skills
4x a week on site 1 day remote
