Recently partnering with Equity company, the company is positioned for significant growth, aiming to double its current $75M revenue in the coming years. Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Estimator to join their growing team. This role requires expertise in chilled water piping, heating hot water, and sheet metal estimating , with a strong emphasis on cultural fit and alignment with the company’s mission. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical estimating , but the company is also open to high-potential candidates earlier in their careers with strong technical skills and a go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for commercial and industrial projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to determine costs.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate bids.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Conduct occasional on-site walkthroughs (flexibility for remote candidates).
• Collaborate with internal teams to align estimating practices with company goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of mechanical estimating experience preferred (open to high-potential candidates with less experience).
• Expertise in chilled water piping, heating hot water, and sheet metal estimating .
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to analyze project plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on cultural fit.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Open to relocation assistance for the right candidate .

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $90K - $130K (based on experience).
