About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior leader driving operational excellence for the luxury hotel brand, with a focus on strategic business planning, service initiatives, revenue generation, and associate development. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of results in line with the company's standards, particularly across a region of approximately 20 properties. Responsibilities include developing and executing annual strategic plans, mentoring area leaders, and being the key figure in maintaining the quality of the guest experience and service execution. The SVP will also be involved in property capital planning, budgeting, and implementation, as well as conducting property visits to ensure compliance with the company's standards. Applicants for the Senior Vice President, Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a corporate and/or regional operations role, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field. Experience in leading resorts, convention, and urban hotels is a plus. The role requires excellent communication skills, a demonstrated track record of achieving results, and the ability to work closely with various teams to maximize performance and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a cultural ambassador, embracing the company's core values, and will be responsible for providing regular updates to the senior leadership team on the performance of the properties in the region.
