The Role
As a Reputation Management Team Leader & Lead Strategist, you will play a key role in developing impactful strategies, delivering top-tier client service, and executing successful reputation management campaigns across various industries. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always looking for innovative ways to solve challenges.
The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Executive, with a background in managing a small team of analysts. Strong communication and writing skills, creativity, and a keen understanding of digital trends are essential. In this role, the way you communicate and build relationships with clients is just as important as the exceptional results you deliver.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client accounts, ensuring outstanding service and results.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in reputation management, social media, SEO, and digital strategy, implementing innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a small team of analysts.
Develop and implement strategic campaigns tailored to each client's unique needs.
Create comprehensive reports to showcase campaign performance and the value of services provided.
Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients, setting clear expectations and providing expert guidance.
Identify and support new business opportunities as needed.
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and an understanding of Google ranking factors. Experience in organic optimization campaigns is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience managing a small team and vendor relationships.
Basic understanding of public relations and brand management.
