ALTA IT has a Long-Term Contract position open for a SharePoint Developer.

Washington DC 20006 - Remote with one day a week onsite

Per Federal Govt Sector U.S Citizenship is required

Ability to pass Federal background check is required for Level 4 Public Trust Clearance

Experience Requirement:

We are seeking a Sr. SharePoint Developer to work closely with our developers and business clients to migrate SharePoint on-premise sites to SharePoint Online (SPO) cloud. The successful candidate is self-motivated, with strong analytical skills, possesses an ability to learn quickly, and thrive within a dynamic environment. The responsibilities and qualifications are listed below.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess SharePoint site for migration and discuss plans with business client

Use Sharegate to migrate site to the cloud

Verify information has successfully migrated and update inventory

Qualifications:

Required experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 development

Required experience with Sharegate, version 20

Preferred experience with PowerBI, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate

Minimum 7 years of experience in software development

Strong communications skills with a proven ability to communicate at all management levels

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Demonstrated ability to resolve challenging obstacles and complete commitments on time

Detailed-oriented with emphasis on quality of work
