About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will play a pivotal role in finding and attracting talent who embody our company's values. With a people-focused approach, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, building positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues. Your efforts will ensure a positive candidate experience while driving the growth and success of our organisation. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Engagement: Create a welcoming and people-focused experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring candidates feel valued and respected. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Employer Branding: Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our company's culture to potential candidates. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and alignment with our values and culture. Feedback and Communication: Provide regular updates and constructive feedback to candidates, ensuring a transparent recruitment process. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies to enhance recruitment efforts. Data-Driven Approach: Use recruitment metrics to analyse processes and make data-informed decisions. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future opportunities. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion a fair and inclusive recruitment process that promotes diversity. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. About You: Proven in-house or RPO recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on sourcing and relationship building. Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable style to connect with candidates and colleagues at all levels. Demonstrated empathy and the ability to understand and address candidate needs, ensuring a positive experience. A collaborative team player who supports shared goals and builds strong remote relationships with global teams (e.g., Amsterdam-based colleagues). Resourceful and proactive problem-solver who can navigate recruitment challenges effectively. Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
