The ideal candidate will be:
• Ideally, you have at least 2 years’ experience recruiting in a small-to-medium sized sales or staffing organization. It will benefit you to understand how staffing and sales function to find success! Bonus points if you’ve sourced passive & active candidates utilizing super creative recruiting techniques & found tangible success! We love that!

What would I be doing as a Talent Acquisition teammate? In this role you will:
• Drive & develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy to meet Swoon’s growth needs. Easy, right?
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Attract, source, and conduct in-depth screenings to assess potential Sales, Recruiter, and Operations candidates for level of interest, technical skills match, qualifications, and compensation expectations
• Identify and convert hard to find passive talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies
• Master the general day-to-day parts of being a Swoon internal recruiter. What does that include?
• Partner with Operations and internal hiring managers to determine needs; sticking to the process is key!
• Identify bottlenecks and provide suggestions for improving the candidate experience (and yours, too)!
• Drive Talent Acquisition Projects & Focused Efforts
▪ e.g. college campus events, in-office events, meet-ups, conferences, internship opportunities, etc.
• Stay current on the company’s organization structure, policies, and employment laws regarding best practices
• Work closely with HR department to manage and maintain all job descriptions and salary band compliance
• Serve as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
• Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for short and long-term opportunities
• Stay current on market trends and competitors within our industry
• Focus efforts on hiring manager and candidate retention/satisfaction; continually work to deepen relationships and identify areas for enhancement.
• Schedule and host new hire orientation week, by hosting live and virtual sessions

Compensation: $70-75k base + bonuses
