Job Description
Help Desk Analyst. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for computer system users who need technical assistance. You will be responsible for resolving their issues either in person, over the phone, or from a remote location.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to users by responding to their inquiries regarding hardware or software operation.
• Test hardware and install software remotely when necessary.
• Monitor system operations and enter commands to ensure correct functioning and detect any errors.
• Maintain an accurate record of data communication transactions, problems encountered, remedial actions taken, and installation activities.
• Utilize technical manuals, user feedback, and computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve issues.
• Deliver technical assistance and support to users, providing clear and concise communication.
• Manage time effectively to work independently and address users' needs promptly.
• Maintain updated knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.
• Utilize configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software, and internet directory services software to support users and resolve issues.
• Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written • Experience in Training team members and users • Familiarity with Operations and workflow management • Proficiency with time management tools, preferably 'About Time' • Comfortable in using Internet for research and problem-solving • Ability to effectively Answer complex queries and provide Deskside Support • Proven track record in resolving technical issues • Experience with Configuration Management and Operating Systems • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to work in a team • Sound knowledge of Computer Systems and Desktop Hardware • Familiarity with Computer Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance • Ability to Maintain Records and document troubleshoot steps • Experience in Data Processing and managing circuit boards • Ability to provide Technical Assistance and understand Technical Manuals • Experience with handling Electronic Equipment • Knowledge of Directory Services and AB Testing • No specific experience or educational requirement is stated, but relevant experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage....the best place to work by creating life changing opportunities for its people.
