Boston Government Services , LLC. (BGS) is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team at Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

The successful candidate will possess a strong ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust. To perform this job successfully, an applicant must be a team player and possess sufficient knowledge of recruiting processes and challenges to ensure the organization’s processes run smoothly.

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college in a related business field.
• Minimum of 5 years of high-volume recruiting experience.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Experience recruiting a broad spectrum of technical and nontechnical professionals.
• Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable making decisions independently.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking system and human resources information system.
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Work Arrangement:

• This position is hybrid and will require time in the Oak Ridge office (Monday/Wednesday/Thursday) as well as remote work (Tuesday/Friday).
