Job Posting: Traveling Superintendent Location: Travel required across the Eastern United States (East of Colorado) Compensation: Competitive base salary excellent per diem About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee diverse commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial projects, including $50M tilt-wall construction, and experience with multifamily (MF) and other commercial projects valued up to $20M. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Manage on-site activities to ensure project quality, safety, and schedules are maintained. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate updates effectively to the team. Qualifications: Proven experience in industrial projects valued at $50M , specifically tilt-wall construction. Experience in multifamily and other diverse commercial projects up to $20M is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. Willingness to travel extensively across the Eastern U.S. (East of Colorado). Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
