We Are Seeking High School Students Going Into Their Senior Year Who Are Looking To Explore Opportunities In The Construction Industry. Our Youth Apprenticeship Program Pairs a Student With a Project Team To Give Them Exposure To Various Trades Including The Following

• Laborers
• Carpenters
• Bricklayers
  
  

Students who enjoy working with their hands, being a part of a team, and seeing progress made daily.

Position Summary

• Follow and promote our safety protocols
• Learn to put quality work in place safely, effectively and efficiently
• Complete physical labor as directed by supervisor
• Learn to follow building plans and drawings
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating with your team members
• Wear appropriate clothing for the construction industry
• Be on time and ready to work
• Have the standard hand tools for your work
  
  

Position Background Requirements

• Perform physical labor and comfortable working at heights or tight spaces
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Entering senior year of high school
• Minimum of 450 hours of work-based learning
• Two semesters of related classroom instruction
• End by August 31st after graduation
