What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A PE license is highly valued but not required.
• 5–10+ years of experience in project management within consulting engineering, preferably with exposure to mission-critical systems.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical design and project execution.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas to a range of audiences.
