HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
What you'll do.
The Help Desk Technician plays a crucial role in delivering top-notch technical support to staff, ensuring seamless use of the organization's computer systems and tech resources. This role involves logging, tracking, and troubleshooting tech issues, while providing efficient solutions to keep operations running smoothly. As one of our go-to tech experts, you'll help staff resolve technical challenges and ensure a seamless experience with the organization's technology.

What we look for.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, Mac OS X, troubleshooting network, print, laptop, and desktop issues to resolution is required.
Experience supporting, Cloud phone systems, SharePoint, and Zoom in a small to medium organization is preferred.
Deskside support is preferred over phone support.
*Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements .
Travel Requirements: No travel required.
Location: Minneapolis, MN, and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)
