Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide knowledgeable and comprehensive advice on cannabis strains, effects, methods of consumption, and safety procedures to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing the sale of cannabis.
• Manage inventory levels, organize product displays, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
• Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Educate customers on responsible consumption practices and the medicinal benefits of cannabis.
• Stay informed on the latest cannabis news, trends, and products to provide up-to-date information to customers.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment (2 years), preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with state and local cannabis regulations.

 

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
