Salary:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily records for shipping and receiving activities for warehouses in Houston and Odessa, Texas
• Enter customer sales orders and invoices with accuracy
• Processing inbound and outbound shipments, including assigning batch numbers, picking orders, calling carriers, and completing shipping paperwork
• Maintain a file for all shipping and receiving documents, ensuring that all the documents are together, signed and recorded as required
• Monitor shipping and receiving schedule and communicate status updates.
• Produce reports and documents as required
• Check, process, document and maintain a file on all slurry batches. Verify signatures, completion of blending document as well as ensuring random QC checks are completed, documented, and filed accordingly
• Ensure four scale tickets are completed for each load departing the Houston facility and are attached to the appropriate BOL
• Arrange trucking transport from Houston Port to our warehouses; shipping from Houston via truck and/or railcar to our warehouses in USA and Canada
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and respond to changing priorities and customer demands
• Effective communication with customers and vendors by phone and email
• Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
• Other tasks assigned by Warehouse Manager

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience with shipping and receiving; excellent attention to details
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and respond to changing priorities and customer demands
• Customer service focus and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in English and Chinese communication, verbal and written
• Hold valid driver license with clean record
