Our client is seeking a Web Tech Administrator to launch their online shopping experience. You will come to the role with experience in high-end retail or luxury fashion industry, understanding the unique and creative road map of the fashion world.
Through industry Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) including Shopify, Bloomreach, Resy, and more you will streamline operations, personalize customer experiences, and build out the company’s eCommerce foundation. Your project portfolio will include website building, maintenance, and in-house tech support from employee profiles to merchant transactions. You will be a hands-on Developer and Project Manager.
Your day to day:
Maintain the company website and ensure continued functionality in-house and externally
Create a customer-centric shopping environment that effectively communicates the company’s brand
As a Project Manager, partner with marketing, sales, and customer experience to measure customer site interactions and create item recognition recommendations
Troubleshoot tech issues through a well managed ticketing and resolution queue
Update the company site continually for promotions, sales, seasonal items, and special offers
Report website traffic, growth, and consumer data metrics to leadership weekly, monthly, and quarterly
You’ll need to have:
4+ years experience supporting fashion and retail eCommerce in a technical setting
Programming skills with fashion APIs and the ability to script in Python, JavaScript, or C#
Completed examples of success in eCommerce and managing multiple online projects simultaneously
Even better if you have:
Built out programmatic advertising, machine learning, or artificial intelligence initiatives
Experience leading direct reports, both technical and non-technical
